Anxiety is a very common word in this day and age. This is why in today’s episode, I choose to give a different perspective on anxiety, what it means, and how the body is responding. Many negative habitual patterns are created as a response to anxiety, and if one does not take time to understand what is happening, breaking such habits can be difficult. The point of talking about this is not to shame or blame anybody for where they are in their life or anything like that. It’s really to just invite a different perspective and address the root of the issue.
