Alignment doesn’t come without you challenging your confirmation bias, which in turn affects your goal-setting. And as a leader, doing the work in exploring your confirmation bias will have a huge impact on the people around you, especially those you lead. This is why your biases shouldn’t come in the way of setting out to achieve whatever you want to achieve. If goal setting is something you have done without analyzing your confirmation bias, this episode is for you!
