In today’s episode, I talk about an emotion that that most of us weren’t taught how to manage or deal with. It’s an emotion that if felt too often can leave someone feeling stuck especially if they don’t know what to do with it. That emotion is anger.
Most of us weren’t taught healthy and safe ways of dealing with anger. And the thing about anger is we all feel it. So not knowing how to deal with it will always leave us feeling stuck and frustrated. If we don’t recognize the things that frustrate us and allow that space in that room to process it in a healthy way, we just suppressing it, and then it ends up showing in some other area of our life.
